First and foremost, I want to simply said to my students that learning is FUN and anything is POSSIBLE! If they are willing to take up the challenge and push themselves to the limits for educations. You are already a WINNER. On the very first day of meeting my students, I will always said “University life could be challenging and full with bittersweet of life journey. You will be tested to pass beyond your mental and physical limit. But there is just a beginning of evolving yourself and reach your highest capability. Hand by hand with your FRIENDS and your loved ones' encouragement and supports”. Only for those who are bold enough to stand for a challenge and have the will-power to pursuit their study in university level to realize their dream & goals. But there are also some of the students who feel demotivated and lost in their own path. Watch them sink is not how I work. My best approach always share with them a realistic and plainly pleasant story. Sharing an inspirational story that are closed with them might help them to think “SOMEDAY, I WILL BECOME SOMEONE”. Because maybe someday when I live my life to help them may be someday in the future, good things will come around. “Live your life for others, Someday other will do the same for you”
